This Payment Terms & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the payment schedules, refund eligibility, and access conditions for courses offered by Ampliclicks Academy. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by this Policy.
Installment payment plans are available for select courses:
1st Installment: 25% on or before the batch’s first session.
2nd Installment: 25% within 30 days of batch start date.
3rd Installment: 25% within 60 days of batch start date.
4th Installment: Remaining 25% within 90 days of batch start date.
Late or missed payments may restrict access. Continuous default may lead to termination of enrollment.
Course access is valid for 12–15 months depending on the package. This includes class recordings, mentor sessions, community groups, and downloadable resources.
Paid extensions are allowed (max 3 months).
Requests must be made at least 1 month before expiry.
You may request a one-time account freeze during your access period:
Request at least 2 months before course expiry.
Minimum freeze: 30 days | Maximum freeze: 60 days.
Frozen accounts are not eligible for further extensions.
Inactivity over 1 month without notice → temporary deactivation.
Inactivity over 3 months → permanent block (reactivation charges may apply).
If Ampliclicks Academy cancels a batch/course → 100% refund.
If you cancel before the 4th class → full refund (minus GST).
After the 3rd class → no refunds.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refund requests must be sent to info@ampliclicks.com before the 4th class.
Discounted bundles are treated as one unit (not individual courses).
Students may transfer to another batch only once, subject to approval. Multiple transfers disqualify you from placement benefits.
Placement assistance is available for eligible programs. To qualify, you must:
Maintain minimum 80% attendance.
Submit assignments and projects on time with 80% accuracy.
Attend mock interviews and career sessions.
Actively participate in job referrals and interviews.
Ensure fee payments are complete and on time.
Some programs offer a Placement Guarantee. Conditions apply:
Full fee payment by deadlines.
Required attendance and timely submissions.
No more than one batch transfer.
Active participation in referred interviews and job applications.
If all conditions are met and you are not placed within 6 months of completion, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding GST).
